Project Manager - Ron Hyatt has been with Kinley since the beginning of 2008. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry to the team at Kinley. Strongly versed in all facets of construction, from conceptualization to close out documentation, Ron’s attention to detail and ability to keep projects on track and on budget are a valuable asset to all of our clients. The combination of extensive hands on experience in nearly all trades, and superior client communication skills, allows Ron to streamline the construction process and provide the highest level of quality control.Ron has managed a vast array of projects, including builds for Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Nasa, Patrick Air Force Base, Brevard County Schools, Girl Scouts of America, United Therapeutics, Lung Rx, and many custom residences.
Luke Crisafulli has worked at Kinley for 16 years. He began as a project estimator in the Texas office of a Kinley affiliate. He was quickly promoted to assistant project manager at the young age of 20 and spent a year for Kinley onsite at a large locomotive repair facility project located in Los Angeles, California. Luke wears many “hats” in the company but generally focuses on managing the administrative part of the company. Luke holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. While managing large construction projects, he has obtained his OSHA 30 Certification and a Florida State Certified General Contractor license. Luke stays involved with projects from the design and estimating process to the completion of the project. He works with clients and subcontractors to ensure that every project runs efficiently, is on or ahead of schedule and is profitable. His ability to visualize several different perspectives attributes to his “big picture” mentality and this has proven to be successful & profitable on all his projects.
