Having been through several construction projects on this campus and while working on other campuses prior to opening our school, we have experienced construction crews before. Generally, it has not been a pleasant experience. The crunch of displacement, inconvenience and disruption was always so evident. However, this time it was such a difference experience. The Kinley employees, especially James Frizell and Luke Crisafulli, were always so cooperative and professional. They conducted their business efficiently and seemed eager to please the customer. In addition, the employees provided educational opportunities to our students in our Technology Studies and Drafting programs by allowing them to make several trips to the construction area where your employees educated them on the processes being used to construct our new building.
The entire process was very enjoyable. Never once did we feel any real strain of displacement or inconvenience during the eight month project. There were days when I didn’t even remember that the construction was occurring. So many thanks to you and your staff for a job well done. This has been a wonderful experience.

I have been involved with Kinley Corp for approximately 2 years on a construction project using conventional construction methods and Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), which is a relatively advanced and difficult form of construction. I have found that the Kinley Corp personnel are both extremely well qualified for this form of construction, and conventional methods as well, and, perhaps more importantly, they pay very close attention to quality control. They are very selective of sub-contractors, manage them well on site and provide very close and constant supervision to ensure that all aspects of the construction documents are included and installed correctly. In addition, I have found that working with Kinley personnel is an outstanding pleasure. They deal with issues in a very forthright manner, considering both technical and cost aspects of any issue. In addition, they are quick to recommend value engineering options that may not be obvious in the plans. We conduct frequent conferences to discuss issues that arise on the project and also to project what future work will be accomplished in the next period. Kinley management personnel visit the site daily to ensure that work is progressing according to plan and budget.
